... PPN began about 5 mins ago (~0855Z), and currently very light
rain/snow mixed - with OAT 3.6°C & DP +1.4°C, so shouldn't cause
too many problems here even if the intensity perks up.

... (0950Z): OAT 3.5°C - steady rain for past 20 mins or so,
slightly 'sleety' before that, the melting-snow element never great.
Just a damp morning now - not even impacting upon the visibility too
dramatically.


.... (1200Z): rain just about on its last legs: sun breaking through
the BKN SCAC (OVC CS above, FEW CU below).
Current air temp. 4.3°C, dew point 3.2°C, rain total since 09Z =
4.5mm.
