I'm in the wrong country I know, I should be wintering in southern
Spain.
I'm retiring soon I know were I'm going from NOV - MARCH from then on.
Anyone back me up here or are you all lily livered Will Hand supporters?
Yuck, southern Spain sounds like Hell to me. If I were ever to move abroad
(which is most unlikely), it'd be to northern climes - Alaska, Canada, the
Nordic countries. Even there, however, they can still have unpleasantly
warm
conditions in their brief summers. NB - I hate summer with a passion,
temperatures in the mid 20s or higher are anathema to me.
More of the same please, I really enjoyed the snow yesterday and
especially
the fact it was the coldest Easter day I can remember! Ideally we'd be
setting more cold records in the months to come, it's about time we
balanced
out all those incessant heat records of recent years.
Well said Darren, I would want that too. My ideal climate is Munich.
Thunderstorms in summer and guaranteed snow in winter and mountains nearby.
Hmmmm now there's a thought, might be a bit hot though, as like you, I am
uncomfortable with temperatures over 25C. I also note the excitement on TWO
with the recent snowfalls, nothing wrong with enthusiasm, it keeps you
young, as does sledging!
