TopKarten (or somebody) used to offer reanalysis synoptic archives
going back to the 1890s but I cannot now find anything before 1948.

Last year I gave my sister a 60th birthday present of the chart for
the day she was born in 1947. She now wants to know if I can do the
same for her husband's 65th (born April 1943.)
