Broken cloud over Scotland and northern England. Thunderstorms developing
in southern England in the later picture. Western Belgium and much of the
Dutch west coast are cloudy but elsewhere in the Low Countries it is sunny
again.

A few showers in central Scotland early on Wednesday night and a few in NW
England towards midday on Thursday. Two areas of thunderstorms develop in
southern England by mid-afternoon - one moving north into the west Midlands
and eventually northern England and the south of Scotland. Area of rain in
the extreme SE of England and East Anglia.
