0850z W F3 100m FG OBSC 09.4/08.6 1028.7
RMK: Radiation fog was forming when I looked out
at 02z, but it had lifted into 8St004 by the time I got up
at 0730z with vis approx 3km. St layer lowered rapidly
after 08z.

09-09: Tx 14.0 Tn 2.1 Tg -2.3 RR trace(fe) sss 0.4
