PPN started ~0530Z, rain only as far as I can see: all surfaces
damp (not icy), with OAT currently +1.8°C
... (0640Z): -RASN began circa 5 mins ago, now moderate/vis ~1500M.
OAT 2.1
... (0645Z) now SN (moderate snow/by visibility, 1km), with OAT 2.0;
no impact on surfaces as yet.

... (0700Z) still moderate snow (SN) with visibility ~800M: OAT 1.1;
irregular settling on shed roof, grass surfaces etc., but roads/paving
seems clear atm.
