Heavy shower of large hail aound 21:00 yesterday. Still lying where it
piled up, and on cold surfaces (north facing roofs, cars etc.) this
morning.

Just had a shower of hail which quickly turned to snow pellets.
The 1st precipitation getting close to real snow since 20/03/07.
