Strange that you are in no way "put out", when so many are Alan -

Just kf him. I have. It's not that he can be insulting (he can be very
insulting), or the indirectly proportional relationship between his
lunar-geo-weather content and the readability of his posts. He just
doesn't contribute anything to this group that relates to the way I use
it. I'm sure there are at least some here who are willing to put the
effort into reading his posts and his posts are, generally, on-topic.

Personally, I just think he's a little frustrated that his opinions (or
rather his opinions regarding his pet theories) are usually curtly
dismissed with derision or just plain misunderstood. The unreadability
of his posts [wrt his own pet theories] doesn't help.

ditto here, kf'd some time ago. I find that if there is the remotest
possibility of something genuinely interesting arising from his posts
then I see the responses and sometimes the original as well. But
nothing so far has persuaded me to unkf him. It's a pity, though,
because I enjoy large weird theories, and would be interested in what he
really thinks is going on. But since he never explains anything there's
no point in pursuing it. The deplorable personal jabs are another
matter altogether, but since they come from the same crazed brain
there's surely no point in getting really upset? Nobody would think
less of someone because they had been insulted by him.
