RMK: Residual Sc, the comparatively small grass min
depression, and the fact that the sunshine trace on the
CS card began at 0540z, taken together indicate that
there was a Sc or St layer for much of the night.
Wind no stronger than yesterday here, but the gust ratio
seems to be higher.

RMK: Also 2Ci270 in the southern sky. The rest of the
Ci is very tenuous indeed. Just the merest trace of Sc
remains. Vis much improved.
