Evidence? We've yet to agree on precisely what the charges are!
I can point in the general direction of a war on aggression
and lying to the American people about the reasons of initiating same,
but that's about it. I need more specifics.

There is also the question of intent. Presumably, Bush thought it
was the best thing to do at the time...?
