Be more specific. Granted, one might make a good case that
invasion of a generally neutral country for no particularly
good reason (a war of aggression) is a war crime, and we
might be comforting the enemy in an indirect fashion; perjury
is also possible though no courts were involved while Bush was
making his case to the people.

The courts, however, need something a little more than that.

Plus, there's more important issues to worry about, like
lapel pins, wives, and church preachers. ;-) Oh, wait,
economic slowdowns, foreclosures, sky high gas prices,
maybe, too.
