Unusual aeroplane behaviour (both planes were travelling west to east).
Around 0930, spaced out by about three mins. The first plain came over
below
the cloud base, (hight unknown) and then climbed away in to the cloud.
Second
one came over about the same hight, and then turned as if to head for
Manston.
Is this weather related, Or is there some other problem in the area?
Normally
plains of that size are well above the clouds. Engines sounded okay.
Nothing sounds the least bit odd there.
First one might have just taken off from London City, the second one might
have been about to land at Manston.
Their routeings would have been dictated by Air Traffic Control and would
not have been weather related unless there were thunderstorms in the area.
