Yes and I'm amazed such a small area as the British Isles, on the synoptic
scale, can have such huge variations.


And today continues this very long dry spell with unbroken sunshine and
temperatures in the 20s away from the north coast. A little while ago
Malin Head was 14C, whilst Ballykelly was 22C and Aldergrove 23C.
