Default Doppler Radar

Unfortunately the UKMO doesn't have a network of doppler radar us denizens
of the uk have to make do with the plain vanilla variety, still it's at no
cost (except through taxes) and very useful none the less imho:

I believe AVBrief have a 15 minute service but I'm not a paying
