Oh no, don't say that. After last year's disappointing, though not a
complete wash-out of a summer, I really am hoping for something more like

Much cooler and fresher than of late.

Yes, a noticably different day, with a moderate NW wind here. I'm
sitting in the kitchen, with the door open to let the dog out to dry
(yet again, after he chased rabbits in the wet barley fields this
morning) and I've had to don a fleece.
