Yes I know, but for some reason his own post got through, wasnt quoted in
anyone elses.

And Paul.. another advantage of not using google groups and using a
newsreader is that the nutters such as the one who replied to your post can
be filtered out... very handy in unmoderated areas such as most Usenet
groups.
