Got married on the 11th June 2004. Gorgeous day! Sunny and warm then had a
big BBQ in the evening in my garden, the weather could not have been
better.
Went to Scotland the next day on our honeymoon. Left in blazing sunshine,
arrived in Glen Nevis in rain/mist/wind/cold. That's how it stayed for the
next 2 weeks.
Arrived back in sunshine and was told how nice it had been down 'ere.
Still, it didn't dampen us having a wonderful time.

I tied the knot back in the last century on 16th January,
a month I recommend for weddings, because you are
prepared for any weather other than heat. It was an
overcast day which provided a perfect even lighting
for photography, breezy and very mild with the air
temp nudging +14C... hey, just 1 degree cooler
than today!
