Well, don't think about coming here (south central France) because
it's just as lousy - even worse than last year so far.

We managed (in old money) 78.1 on 26th April, 80.3 on 4th May, and a
grotty 66.2 so far this month on 5th June. The weather, though, I
suggest is just as varied as your own, and rarely boring. Certainly
more thunderstorms - we've had 17 days with thunder so far this year
(since May 1st, in fact).

So if you come to sunny France, bring wet weather gear as well as sun
tan lotion...
