Repsected journalist maybe, but hardly a respected
meteorologist. If what he says is true the temperature will have
fallen 3°C since 1998, indicating the onset of something rather
fearsome and what's more taking the graph right off scale low. There
are few numerate journalists and he would not seem to be one of them.
