Global Cooling

Andrew Neill - a respected journalist - stated on his BBC lunchtime show
on, I think, Thursday, that "Average global temperatures have fallen in
each of the last ten years by an average of 0.3 degrees C". He quoted four
sources including NASA.
Andrew Neill is only respected by himself.
There have been two years that were warmer than 1998 - 2005 and 2007. Taking
running means to smooth out the graph shows me that temperatures are still
rising and the rate of that rise is 0.25C per decade.
