Accurate forecast
I have to assume that 'Eastern Counties' is
misleading and doesn't in fact include all eastern counties in
Britain.
The areas are defined on the MetO website at
http://www.meto.gov.uk/weather/europe/uk/uk.html
'Eastern Counties' is/are well to the south of Scotland.
