[WR] Keith
Aha! I thought it was her husband/partner or sommat and they
slept in separate rooms just passing on the landing LOL
What the heck is wrong with me
Don't tempt me to answer that :-)
The town of Keith, situated on the road and rail line between
Aberdeen and Inverness, and seven miles from here. Name from
Gaelic 'gaoith' meaning 'wind' (as in weather - I don't think
they'd invented baked beans when it got its name). Birthplace of
St John Ogilvie, Scotland's only post-Reformation saint,
officially canonised by the Pope. Several malt whisky
distilleries. Not, however, the origin of the family bearing the
surname, or, therefore, of the given name which seems to have
caused all the confusion. The family takes its name from another
place named Keith, in East Lothian.
