Default [OBS] Romsey - Saturday 21st June 2008

Dull with continuous drizzle for several hours but
there are signs of an improvement as the nebulous
stratus has just broken to the south, revealing a
layer of SC, and the drizzle is easing.

Of note... yesterday became the 10th day in a row
where the shade temperature failed to reach 20C.
