Just started raining here but judging by the radar, amounts seem to be
disappointingly small.

Looking at the forecast though it seems rain will certainly not be in short
supply over the next week or so.

Is there any chance of some long spells of settled weather this summer? I
certainly hope so. Though this June wasn't too bad I don't think I could
handle a repeat of last year's cool and unsettled July.
