summer, now we're into July and high pressure seems to be avoiding us
like the plague. Is this goning to be two years in a row, something not
unusual, of grim summer weather? Of course, it may pick up for August,
one can only hope.

I tend to agree with you Keith. The models are only hinting at an
improvement in mid July. One of the problems, as far as I'm concerned, is
that persistence is particularly strong at this time of year.
