Default [WR] Better next week!!

The weather's going to improve next week. I say this with complete
confidence despite not being a professional forecaster because it simply
cannot get any worse!

The weather yesterday was truly dire, though today has been dry with some
sunshine a max of only 19.0C makes for a very disappointing July day.

Rainfall now up to 84.9 mm, which well over twice the normal rainfall for
July, and we are only a 3rd the way through the month. Yesterday was the
first day without any sunshine since May 16th.

1st - 10th
Mean min: 12.0°C
Mean max: 19.0°C
Mean: 15.5°C
Sun: 46.9 hours.

The first 10 days of May 2008 were warmer with a mean of 15.7°C.
