Great visibility and some surf as well (just too good to miss -
normally flat this time of year). Scilly clearly visible from the
Gwenver side of Sennen (around 35 miles). Temperature around 18C, but
with the stratiform cloud breaking as it approached land some pleasant
sunshine right on the tip of Cornwall, before the cumulus development
inland. No measurable rain since 09:00 Thursday.
