It may have rained heavily in some parts of Scotland, but it has
not been universally wet. It was warm and sunny here all
afternoon after a dull morning with some light drizzle. I flew
in bright sunshine, and below clouds whose bases were a mere
2500 or so feet above sea level. It rained briefly in the early
evening but has dried up again now.
