Default Boscastle 133mm rain.

Perhaps the EA are taking an integrated value derived from the radar,
although a spokesman on the BBC R4 1 PM news said that they had a gauge in
the area that 'gave them some warning'.

The Environment Agency have reported 133mm of rain in 7 hours just inland
from Boscastle. This is the highest figure I've seen so far.
