Actually I have sympathy with the article, after the numerous times
recently when the the MetO site has shown a forecast locally which is
blatantly wrong, & never gets updated. So it continues to forecast fog
or rain, when it's been sunny all day (or vica versa)

On the plus side I have received a response regarding my comments on
Camborne, which can reports weather which has little to do with
reality. The response was long and detailed, accepted some problems
and went on to say improvements were being looked at, which I feel was
a re-assuring response. Although as Camborne (or Cambourne according
to the reply) is manned I'm not sure that automatic sensors can take
all the blame.
