Feel Free. The only thing that'd bother me is if someone was
selling'em or publishing them without proper credit.

The wispy bit's a separate cloud like a cap cloud on a mountain, where
the normal airflow has to rise over the top of the storm. They're quite
common on thunderheads in humid climates like here.


We get them a lot this time of year - When We're a Humid Climate ;-)
