TEN DAYS RAIN TO HIT BRITAIN TOMORROW

By John Ingham and Fiona Bradley

MONSOON Britain will be lashed by 10 days of rain in just 24 hours
tomorrow as the miserable summer ends with a bang.

....and of course Piers C got his usual mention!!!

"The weather may settle down a bit by the end of the week. But independent
forecaster Piers Corbyn of WeatherAction.com issued a stark warning of
flooding towards the end of September.
The astrophysicist - who bases his forecasts on a study of the sun - said
the first 10 days of September will be mostly dry and sunny.
But he predicted bad weather tracking through the North of England, Scotland
and Ireland between September 11 and 14 before heading south to cause floods
in Central England.
Dr Corbyn predicted serious floods in the Midlands and southern England from
September 25 to 28."

First 10 days mostly dry and sunny???? Hah, if only!
