I would - he's lost the plot and not for the first time either!
Whats so amazing about all this is that several millions of people's ideas
of this summer are completely rubbished on the side of some statistical know
alls on uk.sci.weather and that use of the over familiarised word "average".
And the other thing is there's nothing anyone can do about the weather.
