Default Penzance 20th September

After a Max of 19.6C yesterday, and a chilly minimum of 8.8C last
night, todays max has been held down slightly at 18.8C, as yesterdays
near calm conditions have been replaced by a Force 3 onshore SE. Also
yesterday's glassy sea conditions in the bay, have been replace by
rather choppy conditions, with a few white horses.

Swells back www.sennen-cove.com/todaysurf.htm . Wave period supposed
to be 9-10secs, but it seems a long wavelength for that. Good clean
surfing conditions on north & west facing beaches with an offshore
breeze.

After a cloudless morning, a little stratocumulus running westwards
just off the south coast, visible on www.metoffice.gov.uk/satpics/latest_uk_vis.html
(15:00 image) Not affecting the land, apart from possibly the Lizard.
