Default Penzance 20th September

After a Max of 19.6C yesterday, and a chilly minimum of 8.8C last
night, todays max has been held down slightly at 18.8C, as yesterdays
near calm conditions have been replaced by a Force 3 onshore SE. Also
yesterday's glassy sea conditions in the bay, have been replace by
rather choppy conditions, with a few white horses.

Same here Graham. Yesterday the sea was flat, glassy calm but today there
was a 2-3 feet swell with white horses further out in the bay. Still managed
a fairly comfortable swim despite the coolish breeze (sea temp around
16.5°C).

Seems very busy around here for this time in September, lots of
holiday-makers appear to have come down for the weekend.

Cloudless skies all day and a max of 19.6°C (tempered somewhat by the SE
breeze) after a pretty chilly overnight low of 7.2°C.

First day of unbroken sunshine since July 27th. Over 82 hours of sun now for
September.
