Default ANNOUNCEMENT: ship tracking and weather website

Thanks for this interesting link Martin.
As an ex ships Radio Officer - sailing on 3 OBS reporting ships - and 28
years years in BT Radio stations at Portishead and Lands End ....
I've passed on my share of OBS. Its very sad to see only a handful of UK
callsigns now reporting, but then I guess, we've only a handful of ships
left under the UK flag ....
