Didn't expect to read that this morning, Phil. Patchy mist and low cloud
was
expected but not fog.

Its always a tricky one. I wasnt expecting the Fog at Heathrow on Thursday,
but I was today. Both times it seems the fog was not forecast on the 9hr
TAF.
I was surprised that there was not a PROB40 or something on last nights TAF
with the wind dropping calm(ish) and clear skies.
