RMK: Rapid improvement in vis here in the last hour. From Sky Obs to just
BR with the sun shining.

RMK: Fabulous day after the fog had cleared. Unbroken Sun. Still didnt quite
reach 20c here - last time was 31st August...looks like 2009 before we get
there again.
