and Gatwick RASN, so I'm pretty confident we had a covering here - backed up
by the sat image Bernard kindly posted here which seems to include the North

In Knaphill, I imagine about 5 miles NW of you, we peaked at about 2cm
in the early hours. As you found some of it had melted by morning.
What sort of weather did you get in the US?
