Nope. Just a fee for the current practice of not installing the proper
pollution controls to burn coal, and allowing the government to pick up the
cleanup cost.




If you want to enjoy an electric price spike like we had with the Gas
prices then Obama is your man. Vote Obama for higher electric bills.



But Obama will give you a $600 check from the treasury, too bad it
won't offset the rise in utility bills, Or gas bills from the
Democrats NO drilling stand.

There is no such rise.
