Its all very exciting Dave, there is definitely a buzz that this
winter will be diffrent to anything we've experienced for some time-
mind you I say that every bloody year :-)

I believe I speak for many who are old enough to remember how the cold
would last for weeks with snow on the ground just not budging, local
ponds frozen for days on end. Harsh cold stuff but for some illogical
reason so many wonderful deeply embedded emotions and memories. Yes I
know it's late November but a winter like 78/79 would be just fine by
me.
