permanently soaking in a tub of rapeseed oil. 1/2 rotan for lesser mortals
at school for instance. That would sort 'em out, overnight. In the morning
Britain has suddenly become a vandal & mugging free paradise and teachers
can actually teach once more - miraculous isn't it.
