[OBS] Romsey - Sunday 7th December 2008
Subtle changes have taken place in the last hour. The fog
patches to the south and west are dispersing while another
has cropped up to the northwest. The CI/CS sheet is still
moving across the sky from the northwest but I have just
spotted some thin SC cross the moon from what appears
to be the opposite direction. Very uncertain of its height
but looks lowish, so I'll plump for 3000ft.
