But that Shot 005 with the Space Needle and the Cloud was worth, well
several thousand! If my befuddled mind is still working somewhat the Space
Needle's design was a cross between a Flying Saucer and a Lenticular Cloud
for the design. Some kind of compromise for the (then) today and future
folks.

I arrived in Seattle in 1963, so missed all the hoopla and theories
about how and why and what it was s'posed to represent. That, and I
was 7 years old...
Now I live less than a mile from the Noodle, and haven't even been up
in it for a couple-three years. A visit is a tad spendy, so I let 'em
milk the tourists and dodge the Blue Angels when they come to town.
