[OBS] Romsey - Sunday 14th December 2008
Fog lifted at 1020Z but remained cloudy for another
hour under a blanket of stratus. This is dispersing
quickly, revealing thin CI above and a little patch of
CC undulatus. I can also see a layer of low SC on
the northern horizon. Visibility markedly improving.
