I had a look at one of those old charts for 23rd December 1962 and bare
in mind temperatures are for 06:00 hrs and I've just guessed where the
locations are from the map:
Oslo -13°C
Stockholm -6°C
Warsaw -15°C
Berlin -11°C
Paris -4°C
Reykjavik +4°C
Copenhagen -6°C
