Default Good customer service (Fourier Systems)

I bought a Fourier Data Logger MicroLite (LIT5016) over a year ago,
which worked fine. I emailed Fourier asking about a minor problem in
that the unit always said 'Battery Low', even though a new Battery had
be installed. This did not effect the data logging aspect of the unit.

After a number of emails trying to bottom out the problem they decided
to send me a brand new one, which I received today and works fine. The
old one I have returned as their R&D Department were interested as to
the cause of the problem.

So if you buy anything from Fourier I can from first hand give a thumbs
up to their after service as I really wasn't expecting them to send a
new one.
