What you don't seem to grasp is that we don't either make or control the
weather. (Although your wishing for mild weather and constant moaning seems
to have helped!) We have every sympathy with unwell people it may affect
and hope that everything can be done to help them. In fact I don't feel that
decrepid at nearly 59 and am thinking of donating my heating alowance when I
get it next year.
