Sorry, I forgot to mention that the temperature at that time was -19.1 C.
The minimum
temperature was -20.8, before midnight. After midnight overcast, temperature
steadily rising to -8 C at 0900 UTC.
Thank you for The KNMI-link, Colin, I was not aware that my former employer
produced such a nice temperature map.
