.... in case anyone is keeping a check on these things, the 'day'
maximum (i.e. that reported at 18Z .. 1.9°C) for 03862/Hurn is grossly
in error. The METARs reported 6°C for three hours running (

, and the highest SYNOP value was 5.7°C at 14Z. Unfortunately, this
error has found its way onto the Met Office site as well :-(
